Rotary Kiln concrete recipe does not match output

Issue description

Super minor issue, but concrete recipe for Rotary Kiln indicates 3 concrete should be made but only 2 units leave the Kiln.

Reproduction steps

Build Rotary Kiln and flat conveyor. Watch as only 2 concrete are produced.

This is not a bug. The recipe indicates the productivity per month. For most machines one production cycle lasts less.
