Issue description
The pending delivery bar doesn't move when items are removed or added with a conveyor. It updates fine when items are added or removed with a truck
Reproduction steps
Set up a storage that's getting items removed by conveyor and added by truck.
Watch the pending delivery bar not move until a truck changes the cotents
