Issue description
1.Two train station load can't unload in one station
2.Two train (two station and main line) one train stuck at station and one train can't move to right station
Reproduction steps
1.First are one station load and one station unload
2.I change first station's cargo to two train and the problem are start
3.The train leave the main line are still can't reaper it
