Cargo port goal fails to count modules queued to upgrade

The final goal, the one for the cargo port, won't complete if you have the fluid modules queued to upgrade. I cancelled the upgrade and they counted.

A save file should be attached.

Sadly I don't have the save at that point anymore, but if I restart a save
I'll try to remember to capture one at that point.

Can't reproduce, and without the save file, it's hard to say. Please file a new issue if it happens again and you manage to get a save file.

Okay, sorry, and thanks. I'm good with this being closed.
