Issue description
I'm having an issue where trains say they are in a "Driving" state, yet aren't moving at all.
The following seems to fix it for a moment before another train gets "stuck" again:
- Pausing then unpausing the train
- Reloading the save (This will probably make it rather annoying to troubleshoot)
Reproduction steps
- Load attached save
- Just keep watch of the trains, at some point you will like find one that is seeming not entering a free station.
- If you click the train it will say the state is "Driving", however the train isn't moving.
