If a mine control tower overlaps with a logistic zone, the dumping designations still follow the "or" rule, that towers used to follow. This means that if I designate an area to only dump sand with a mining tower, but the global dump allows other things, then those other things will get dumped there as well.
Global dumping rules should not apply the "or" logic with mine tower designations even if they are in a logistic zone.
I could not reproduce this. Do you know if this still happens? If yes, could you please provide a save file?
