Issue description
Game gets horribly choppy and stutters when you zoom out. If you are not zoomed in all the way it has become unplayable. It does not matter the graphic setting. This started after the current patch. on 5/30. I have also asked on steam if anyone else is having it and several have replied with the same issue.
