Production Level glitch on Map

Issue description

The production level slider UI glitches when you are clicking between OIL rigs (probably other stuff too). Hard to explain, I captured a small video to show you.

Reproduction steps

1. Have multiple oil rigs
2. Set one OIL rig slider for 'Production Level' low
3. Set the other one to MAX
4. Now click on each one again, the low one seems to stay, but the MAXed one seems to drop lower (although the rest of the UI appears to still be functioning at the previously set level).
