Floor tiles hover in the air and cannot be deleted after barrier and excavation

Issue description

just like titel says

Reproduction steps

Just load the file and you can see what i mean.

1. Build floor
2. Build barrier on floor
3. remove material on one side of the barrier
4. tiles clipping trough barrier

no deletable tiles.

1. idk what happend but you can see them at the Sand mine (entrance) and the Oil Harbor
