Tier 2 building Components in a box will not flow out on a conveyor

Issue description

So I'm using this nice little flow system that takes in material, creates tier 1 components that flow into a box. That box has a belt that flows into the tier 2 components build. The tier 2 components then flow into a box. When I went to belt the tier 2 box to the tier 3 build, the components would not come out of the box on the belt. If I delete the last segment from that belt, the component would start flowing, but only until the delete sequence was still in the delete process. The same would happen with conveyor sorters.

Reproduction steps

1. Have a belt of tier 2 components go into a box.
2. Attach a belt to the outlet of the box.
3. The tier 2 components will not flow out.

The conveyor must be connected on both sides, otherwise it won't work.
