Issue description
I have a rail network that (admitetly) is a bit of a mess leftover from early game. I'm in the process of optimizing things, but at the moment I have trains stopping and waiting for trains in other, non-sensical areas of the tracks.
-Fig1 shows train 10 stuck waiting for train 14 when they are going opposite directions on two parallel tracks. My best guess as to why is because the overlapping no stop zones at the intersections (purple highlights) seem to be merging for some reason.
-I was having issues with trains stopping on and clogging my main lines so I put a bunch of railyard style stopping lanes on the sides and set the main middle tracks as no stopping (fig 2). I occasionally get trains elsewhere being "blocked by a parked train on the side in these ares when the main middle track is open.
Fig 1 issue: No stopping zones should not overlap/merge at intersections for seperate tracks going opposite directions.
Fig 2 issue: The "can't enter a no stopping zone if I can't exit it" appears to be the root of the problem here. Not sure how to get around this as if I remove the no stop zone on my middle rails, then I inevitably end up with trains stopping on all parallel rails blocking everything. I don't think the exclusive zone thing would resolve this since multiple trains going the same direction on a given track is fine.
Reproduction steps
Recreate the rail layout shown in attached figures.
Trains will be waiting for other trains in unrelated areas of the tracks.
