No indication of how long a train a track section supports before no-stop zones

Issue description

It's difficult to plan track lengths when there is no indication of how long a train a particular section can support. This creates an awkward workflow where you have to eyeball and guess the track length a train might up take up when building sidings and stations. This is especially relevant when creating tracks that potentially collide with no-stopping zones.

It would be helpful to have a mechanism during the build/placement phase to indicate the maximum length of train before colliding with a no-stopping zone because the siding or track is too small. It might take the form of phantom trains or visible lines on the ground while building, or some other mechanism such as a train length infobox below the materials required box.

Reproduction steps

QOL; not a bug.

How long of a train can the siding in the screenshot support? Is it long enough for a 1+8 car train? There's no easy way to know without experimentation.
