Issue description
When a mining tower is linked to an ore processing plant, many times the trucks sit around the tower, full of ore to be delivered, while only one or two trucks are enroute to their ore sorter. This occurs even though the ore sorting plant is empty and ready to receive it's assigned ore from the assigned mining tower. I have seen as many as 8 loaded trucks around a mining tower while it's linked ore sorting plant remains empty most of the time. It seems to happen on long hauls for the trucks. I have over 1500 hours in this game so far and I really enjoy it. This was just an issue that keeps causing me to not be able to keep up the maintenance demand because I can't produce iron plates fast enough because the trucks only want to deliver two at a time, while the others sit around the tower, full of ore, and the ore sorting plant sits empty 60% of any given amount of time. You guys are great, keep up the incredible work.
Reproduction steps
- Build mining tower far away from ore sorting plant.
- Set mining tower to deliver to a select ore sorting plant. (Linking them together is what I call it)
- set between 10 to 15 trucks to run the delivery from tower to ore sorting plant
- observe how only a few trucks will leave the tower and make the full drive to the ore sorting plant and dump their load before the next few trucks ever begin to leave the mining tower to dump the load they have been holding for some time by this point. This causes long periods of the ore sorting plants being empty, causing major disruptions throughout the island. The largest trucks seem to be the worst for this, then the middle size trucks are next. The smallest trucks don't seem to have this problem.
