Swapping odd-width rail crossing for even-width one can leave path reservations

Issue description

Not entirely sure how this one happened, but basically at some distant point in time I replaced this crossing, only to find out just right now that my heavy vehicles couldnt cross it at all, even after I had removed the additional ramps that were attached (0 tile gap between crossing and ramps, followed by 2 tile, but path remained bugged).

Pathing refuses to be re-calculated so it just seems like theres a hidden reservation in this set of tiles, without the old crossing existing physically, very similar to the concrete surface tile bug that occurs when machines are constructed and then deconstructed mid-construction, leaving unremovable concrete tiles behind, but in this case its the pathing instead thats used by the special rail crossing behavior

also with the ramps removed entirely, doesnt seem to change at all (besides the ramps themselves)

workaround seems to be deleting the offending crossing area, leaving it, rebuilding it, and then manually forcing a truck into its tile area so that it forces a recalculation, since the tiles will just remain uncalculated if you dont do this last step
