Long line name causes train UI to get squished

Issue description

Naming a ling excessively long causes the UI for the trains assigned to get squished.
Possibly limit the width of the [select line] drop down within the train UI.

Reproduction steps

1. Create a train line in the line manager
2. Set the name to something long
3. Assign a train to it
4. Open the train UI
