Game Will Not Load Save Or Start New Game

Issue description

Went back to continue my save after the most recent update and game crashes when trying to load it. Also crashes when trying to start a new game. Error message flashes up but does so quickly I cannot capture it but does say its a Unity error. Sometimes causes issues with whole PC. Log just says starting Log

Using Windows 11 Pro

Try lowering the processor's power limit in the UEFI settings.
