flipping not working for rocket buildings

Issue description

I can´t flip the Rocket Assembly depot or Rocket launch pad when pressing the flip key while i try o place the building in the world.

Reproduction steps

1. try to build a Rocket assembly Depot or Rocket launch pad
2. press the flip key ( standard key: F )
3. building is not flipping

Yes, flipping is disabled for these. Working as intended.
