Issue description
Got back into the game with the new update. I often leave the game paused for extended periods because I get up to do something, get side tracked, and then never make it back to the PC until many hours later. In my current game I have experienced several near settlement killing crashes in population. I was rather puzzled for a while as to why this was happening, but fought through the crash and got things running again, assuming I was just trash at the game (and probably am).
In the most recent case, however, I knew for sure that my settlement was doing very well, 500-ish Unity, 30+ food, 1300-ish free workers. Game sat paused with escape menu open for about 19 hours. Upon starting it back up the colony quickly took a nosedive, no Unity, no food, trash well over the maximum level shown when clicking a tile, power is out, zero maintenance. Looking in my saves I noticed two of them had the same screenshot, but the day cycle was at different periods and the population count changed by 3. Loaded the older save, colony is still doing great.
