Borderless Windowmode not working since v0.7.8

Issue description

Since update on v0.7.8 borderless window mode isn't working as intended. Mouse stays caught in CoI window and can't be moved "over the edge". Must tab out of CoI to access other programs.
Was working fne before the update (yesterday evening)

Reproduction steps

Activate borderless window mode

Game version and build number

v0.7.8

Operating system

Windows

Just tried ... even when switching to WIndow Mode the mouse can't escape the CoI wnidow.

Have either of you even glanced over the patch notes?
Added an option to confine the cursor to the window.
