Unable to sync after update V0.7.8

Issue description

Unable to sync after update V0.7.8. Since the game won't sync Steam, saved games cannot be uploaded to the cloud.

Reproduction steps

1. play
2. save
3. exit
4. no sync with cloud

We are not responsible for Steam sync. You would need to ask Steam. Also, make sure you don't have way too many save files. AFAIK, Steam has something like 1 GB per game for save files.
