Option to select Load/Unload and product not available on train station

Issue description

If you replace an empty train station block with any of the other types of station when built it does not have the options to change the load / unload and product type

Reproduction steps

1. Have an empty station block in place
2. Replace the empty station block with any other station block using the new replace function
3. Once built try click on the block to change the load/unload and product type
