No pipe upgrade

Issue description

I am currently unable to upgrade pipes from T1 to T2. Research has just been completed. The icon in the pipe info dialog is missing when clicking on the pipe, and the pipe cannot be selected with the upgrade tool.
Is this a known issue? Does anyone else have this problem, and is there a solution? Apart from tearing down and rebuilding the pipes, that is.

Reproduction steps

use upgrade tool oder use the infodialog from pipes.
In the dialog missing the upgrade button und with the upgrade tool i can't selekt the pipe.

Incorrect connections in the research tree. Pipes II skipped. The issue is similar to Large Storage Missing

Ah, OK. I did the research for T3 but not for T2. Sorry, I overlooked that.
But then the following attached view is correct. Maybe it would have been noticed then.

When you select the pipe, T1 and T2 are displayed. But then it would actually be a T3 pipe.

I will catch up on the research for T2 and then see what happens and report back here.

After researching T2 pipes, the display in the construction menu is correct again. Upgrades work as usual again.
Then, at most, the display in the construction menu is not 100% correct if you have researched T3 but not yet researched T2.

Sorry. I overlooked this myself. Perhaps there should at least be a warning here when you start the research. There is actually no dependency, and it should not necessarily be included.
