Idle trucks not delivering necessary items

Issue description

So I don't know what triggers it but I'm having a major issue with having resources not being delivered from point A to Point B, and having more than a dozen idle trucks that aren't doing said task. Ill notice that one production chain is missing a resource only to see it's full where it's being produces. I've also had a problem with trucks "ignoring" lower priority tasks. for example, removing slag for a bunch of chains, but one with one lower priority gets full, and with having more than a dozen trucks idle. the only fix I've found is assigning a truck to the storage. I've also tried playing with the partial load option but i don't think that made a difference. i could be missing something. I've attached a relevant auto save, maybe you can help me.

Reproduction steps

partial loads not allowed
empty storage marked fill, normal priority
full storage marked empty, normal priority
idle trucks available, nothing happens.

Yea I experienced this as well. On easy mode. Around 40 hours game play. The game can't keep up with repairs now either . Since trucks don't pick up or deliver goods. Or get mass stuck dumping loads.. thought it might be a memory issue. I will look to see if partial loads are on or off. When I get home. Cool game so far..

several that i can't really keep track, most recent example I've noticed is salt. but i've had issues with steel, iron, copper, sand, concrete, biomass, and many others i can't remember. If its got a truck assigned to the storage it's because i encountered that issue. and slag for iron, copper, steel at least.

Very vague, it means that there is no such problem, you just didn't understand the game or were inattentive. I loaded your save file and watched for several months - all the slag storages are being emptied by trucks.

I don't see any specific issue in there. The only thing I see stuck at full is rock storage, but that's because it is in the logistics zone with no trucks available. If you find a specific, exact example where trucks are deliberately ignoring their duties, please file a new issue. Closing this one as not reproducible.
