Ore Sorting Object unavailable after research

Issue description

On random occasions, The Ore Sorting object is unavailable after being researched. Game is on easy setting and on the custom map "All-in-One (Update 3)" .

Reproduction steps

This happens randomly, I'm unable to replicate this consistently however

You didn't turn on the sorting plant when you started the new game.

Yeah, this just seems like ore sorting was not enabled in difficulty settings. If you have found otherwise, please file a new issue. Thanks!
