Issue description
I build a lot with planning mode before committing to build. I have my train track build and placed a crossing over it (in planning mode) and the normal tracks no longer exist until I build the crossing. Also I think any resources spend on my tracks are gone. Also when I delete the planned crossing the normal track that was previously under it is gone.
Reproduction steps
- before buildung the corssing
- crossing placed in planning mode
- after removing the (planning mode) crossing
- train cant cross the crossing even if there where tracks before
