Issue description
This is an issue which makes setting up logistics unnessesarily difficult and frustrating.
Despite all the tools available trucks will access loose storage jobs ahead of dump trucks. Because trucks have smaller capacity they get triggered to loose storage jobs ahead of the larger dump trucks. Tying them all up while the dump trucks sit around and do nothing, Other than exclusively assigning trucks to individual buildings (which creates other problems) there is no way to stop this. Even when storage is set to fill to a level where a dump truck can get filled smaller trucks will still get assigned the job.
PLEASE add the option to exclude all trucks except dump trucks from loose storage jobs. And/or make loose storage III and IV off limits to anything other than dump trucks.
