Issue description
Since update 3 zooming in on the tech tree at the far end is now impossible as the view immediatly switches to somewhere in the middle. This is all the more frustrating due to the abscence of a scroll bar at the bottem and having to scroll with the mouse all the way to the end again which takes longer.
Reproduction steps
Get to end game tech. Try zooming in at the end of the tree (720p resolution)
