Issue description
When signing a contract, there is a set Unity cost for each ship sent. The office has the ability to reduce this cost. However, the cost is not reduced and the ship takes the full amount of Unity - as when the contract was signed. As you can see in the attachment. The cost per ship trip should be 1.4 Unity, but 3.5 is being taken at the port. The problem is serious because with 30 ships the game becomes impossible to continue :(

Sign any contract, set points in the office that are supposed to reduce the Unity cost, send a trade ship

Kosz jedności na statku
### Issue description
Podczas podpisywania kontraktu jest określony koszt jedności za każdy wysłany statek. Biuro ma możliwość zmniejszania tego kosztu. Jednak koszt nie jest obniżany i statek pobiera pełną ilość jedności - jak podczas podpisania kontraktu. Jak widać w załączniku. Koszt za jeden kurs statku powinien wynosić 1,4 jedności, a w porcie jest pobierane 3,5 . problem jest poważny ponieważ przy 30 statkach gra przestaje być możliwa dalej :(
