Cannot load save

Issue description

I can't load my save file, the last time I played was about 2 to 3 days ago, it was loading as usual back then, I don't know why it fails now.
I've tried restarting Steam, and restarting my computer, didn't make a difference.

Reproduction steps

1. Attempt to load save
2. Error

Issue resolved - User error

Due to recently installing an application that required altering some file security settings, i had accidentally altered the security settings of my Captain of Industry files. The result being the game not having access to my save files and creating this issue.

By the way, I apologize for sending the wrong log file.
