Issue description
Although trains can transport steam in the tank car, in the corresponding module of the stations, this load cannot be selected. To solve this, it is enough to connect a steam pipe to the fluids module in 'loading' mode, and automatically the module is defined as a steam container, but it cannot be defined from the dropdown of contents.
Reproduction steps
The problem:
1 Create a fluids module in train station.
2 Try to select Steam for the module. You can't, it's not listed.
3 The tank wagon can't load or unload steam correctly.
Workaround (so far)
1 Create a fluids module in train station.
2 Connect a steam pipe to the fluids module in mode "load"
3 On the module appears the steam icon. I's been correctly defined.
4 If the module is for "unload" you need to change from "load" to "unload" and invert the direction of the tube
4 The tank wagon now can load or unload steam correctly.
