Issue description
To begin, I am aware that to remove housing you need to deconstruct the attached services, that's not the problem.
The problem is get the message "settlement must remain contiguous" even though i am trying to remove housing on the outer edge. (this message appear for any plaza or housing anywhere in the settlement)
On top of that i have built a plaza by accident that is not connected to the settlement and now i cannot destroy it, no message here and the deconstruction sound plays when i click but nothing happens.
Reproduction steps
1.load the save
2.try to deconstruct any settlement part or the lonely plaza (it is the one with an anchor not adjacent to any housing, you will notice that when trying to build more housing, the game count the postion of this plaza as valid, although collision prevents building)
3.profit?
