Issue description
The ore sorting plant has disappeared from the build tab and from research, so I can no longer place it. There are existing ore sorting plants already placed, but they are not being used and trucks just pass them by. It works fine in my other save data.

Restarting and reloading does not change the situation

鉱石選別施設(大)(小）が消えてしまった
### Issue description
鉱石選別施設が建設タグと研究から消えてしまった、それで設置できなくなった、既存の設置されている鉱石選別施設はあるが、使用されておらずトラックがスルーしてしまう。他のセーブのデータでは使用できている。

再起動、ロードしても状況は変わらない
