Issue description
I have a mining tower that is assigned to dump its mined material at another mining tower via an export route (the relevant dumping zone is on the image towards the left). The mining tower mines both rock and dirt, the assigned dumping tower accepts both. When only containing one resource (not mixed), a truck will occasionally attempt to dump its contents at another dumping zone (as seen by the green path indicator to the right) even though no export route is present to the related tower.
I am assuming this happens because no dumping spots are available at the assigned zone.
After adding another export route to a blueprinted storage with "Accept assigned only" enabled, dump trucks now show the proper error "Haul truck (dump) cannot deliver [...]. No valid destination" or "Haul truck (dump) has no compatible sorting plant for mixed cargo" when containing mixed cargo, and are no longer delivering cargo to a zone that is not part of the export routes.
Reproduction steps
For some unknown reason, GitHub won't allow me to upload the save, so I will provide it via Google drive.
- Load the save from Google Drive
- Observe trucks dumping at an unassigned dumping zone.
