Free rubber!

Issue description

Hello MaFi Games,

hugely enjoying CoI on what is my 5th playing so thanks for that! There seems to be an issue with my rubber plants which are producing rubber from coal and diesel without consuming anything. Great, except for the waste water which I can do without. Getting a truck to remove the conveyor items seems not to work.
I've attached my save which is centred on the offending region. Of course, I can rebuild the factories but I thought you'd like to know.

If you were more attentive, you would have noticed that the resources are delivered by trucks.

Your comment is perfunctory and inaccurate.
No trucks deliver anything. Even when the conveyors are removed and the trucks are set to not import, rubber is still being produced.
I thought you'd be more interested.
