Issue description
Good gay! When building bridges, amphibious trucks choose supply depots very strangely. If there are depots located near the edge of the construction site, the trucks ignore them and drive to the other end of the map, where similar depots are located for a different bridge. I tried combining the nearby depots and the construction site itself into logistics groups, assigning only amphibious trucks to them, but the result was that the trucks didn't take any supplies from there at all.

Option 1
- Mark the bridge in planning mode
- Start construction
Option 2 - Mark the bridge in planning mode
- Start construction
- Mark the logistics zone
- Assign amphibious trucks to it
- Place a warehouse in the logistics zone
