Mountain bug where black spots appear. I thought it was a glitched layer, but it isn’t. Also, the grain silo is full but the texture isn’t visible, while I can see the rest.

The problem isn't with the game, but with your PC. What's the GPU and driver version? Check the integrity of the files on Steam. Attach the logs from these folders:
%AppData%\Captain of Industry\Logs
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Mafi Games\Captain of Industry\
