Issue description
Cargo ship is misaligned graphically to the cargo ship dock.
Reproduction steps

Have a cargo depot size 2. While the ship is away loading oil from platform upgrade cargo depot to size 4. When the ship returns it is still size 2 but is now centered on the new size 4 dock which means the pipes pumping out the oil are misaligned. This is a graphic error. Functionally it still works.
