Cargo depot modules stay on transfer in progress after Depart now on cargo ship

Issue description

Cargo Depot modules stay on 'Cargo transfer in progress' when using 'Depart now' button on Cargo Ship UI preventing the modules from being demolished.

Note, it does work when using the 'Recovery' button with Unity cost instead!

Reproduction steps

1. open attached save.
2. Send ship away using the 'Depart now' button on ship.
3. unable to deconstruct cargo modules.
4. reload save
5. send ship away using 'Recovery' for unity cost
6. now deconstructing cargo modules works
