Alert for low product in storage sometimes does not clear

Issue description

I have alerts set to notify if less than 75% and when product exceeds this amount after being low the alert does not clear. It may be related to 'receive from belts only if below' because I usually have this in use as well.

Reproduction steps

Not sure exact steps but can try with my screenshot.
