Issue description
I've played for about 200 hours. Your game is great. However, lately (for the last few days) the Leveling definition isn't working. Trucks are no longer filling the area.
Thank you for your hard work. I'm enjoying the game, but this Leveling definition is causing a problem.
I would appreciate it if you could check it.
Best regards,
