Issue description
Trucks attempt to move horizontally, then vertically, then horizontally next to a diagonal obstacle, slowing down as they nearly collide with the obstacle each time. This significantly increases the time it takes them to reach their destination.
I've attached a video of this happening with some ghost rails next to a hillside, along with the save.
Reproduction steps
Lay a diagonal railroad next to a terrain feature such as a hill. The trucks attempt to follow the hillside to get to their destination but are blocked by the rails.
