Highway bridge isn't work

Issue description

My regular game save in v0.8.2 and my newly created sandbox mode save in v0.8.3 both show the same problem shown in the image: I can't use highway bridges, including all types of trucks. I remember it working fine in v0.8.1 or v0.8, but I don't know how to roll back to v0.8.1 or v0.8 to confirm, as these two versions aren't available in Steam's rollback options.

I've ruled out save file issues, and reinstalling the game didn't work either.

v0.8.3 seems trucks can use bridges, although the path is shown as unavailable; but v0.8.2 really can't.

IRRC My truck could, in v0.8.2c, I can't tell how but if they couldn't. Then they can't deliver server/computer to my contract trading dock island, and I would know if I had 0 ore resource due to contract demand unfulfilled.

Edit: I wasn't able to reproduce this, my truck use the bridge seems fine.

seems it just not show as green area,and also can't used when this bridge isn't totaly built(trucks can't cross the completed sections of the bridge to deliver building materials to the unfinished sections.) I wish to add a bottom can quckly build by use unity.
