Issue description

Train fuel reduction research doesn't apply to electricity train: by designed?
It still uses 2.5MW after research. Although I know if the research does apply to electric trains, it would now (2.5*0.65)1.625MW of electric to produce 2MW of power, which is not realistic.
Suggestion: add a description/note to the research say that it does not reduce power consumption for electricity trains.

Additionally, not sure if this is by designed. Train max speed is calculated on the lowest installed train locomotive.
As the below image shows: I have steam v1 (65kmh) combined with turbine locomotive (140 kmh) in one train setup, the speed is caped as the steam v1 locomotive at 65kmh.
I thought this is calculated by max(locomotive1, locomotive2) or a weighted average based on the horse power each locomotive produced:

v_{\text{avg}} =
v_1 \cdot \frac{P_1}{P_1 + P_2}
+
v_2 \cdot \frac{P_2}{P_1 + P_2}
=
\frac{v_1 P_1 + v_2 P_2}{P_1 + P_2}

  2. Research the Train Fuel Use Tech
  3. Compare the stats
  4. (This is probably not a bug, so I didn't upload the save game. But if required, I will)
