Issue description
level crossings cant be demolished (this includes ghost) when replaced using SHIFT. found in sandbox mode but tested on a normal game mode as well.
Reproduction steps
load save, crossings on screen were upgraded/downgraded with the SHIFT replacement. loading the save allowed for deletion. to recreate place a small rail crossing section with larger or a large with small and it will not allow for deletion, says the item cant be found
