Issue description
When placing electrified rail via clipboard paste and drag, no support structure is created for the overhead wire.
The issue is most apparent when using shift+drag to build parallel tracks as this will not create any support structure. The issue persists through saving and reloading.
Reproduction steps
- Start a Sandbox game
- Place down a length of straight electrified track
- Copy any length of this track
- Place and drag the copied track lengthwise
- Observe no support structure created for the dragged copies of track
