Issue description
Hi,
Playing on the new map, I mined the first uranium island all the way to level 0 :
As you can see, the resource layer does not show any uranium left :
But, as the soil was still glowing green, I decided to keep digging. And there is still uranium :
The resource layer should be showing the remaning uranium.

Reproduction steps
Mine the uranium island on the new map to lvl 0.
No more uranium on resource layer.
Mine more.
More uranium.
