Loading save file all the train non-stop are missing

Issue description

Tried loading the save all the trains where stuck everywhere then I noticed that all the non-stop areas on the train tracks for the whole map are missing.
Even some older saves are affected, I had to go back quite far before the non-stop areas load correctly again. I played the last week using those earlier saves just fine.

Reproduction steps

1. Load save

2. Look at any junction with the yellow arrows, red makers are missing.

3. Load a save earlier

4. check for the same issues.

5. Repeat from step 3 until issues was not present.

The earlier save's that also presented the issue where fine before today.

I cant upload the save file as it is to big to upload on github

I added 2 google drive links, One with the last 2 saves, and the other with the last weeks of saves.

The links are wrong, you didn't share the files for everyone.
