Issue description
When trying to build input pipes from the settling tank by aiming the mouse over the arrow, there are far less points where it builds pipe rather than selects the building, than for example a mixer or any other fluid input machine.

Place settling tank
Press T to open transport building
Try clicking around the green arrow on settling tank to see when does it hook onto the pipe and when it selects the building
