I haven't played the game for a couple days (I've played the v0.8.4b version without problem), I've tried to start the game, but it does not work.
I have 9950x3d, 5090, 32Go of ram.
NVIDIA Driver version : 610.47

Since the crash occurs during the NVP_Init_Vulkan stage, you need to force the game to use DirectX 11 instead of Vulkan. Open Steam and go to your Library. Right-click on Captain of Industry and select Properties. Under the General tab, look for the Launch Options field. Enter the following command: -force-d3d11 (make sure to include a space before the hyphen if there are already other arguments there). Launch the game.
Clean Install of NVIDIA Drivers
If the game keeps crashing or you strictly prefer to use Vulkan, your current graphics driver might be corrupted or conflicting with the system. Download the latest driver version for your graphics card from the official NVIDIA website. During installation, select Custom Installation. Be sure to check the box for "Perform a clean installation". This will completely wipe old Vulkan/DirectX profiles and reinstall them fresh.
Disable GeForce Experience / NVIDIA App In-Game Overlay
The NvPresent64.dll library is closely tied to NVIDIA's screen recording and FPS counter features. Open the GeForce Experience application (or the new NVIDIA App). Go to Settings (the gear icon). Find the "In-Game Overlay" option and toggle it Off.
