Issue description
When being demolished, a stacker tower loses the resources that were in the tower itself. For long towers, this can be quite a bit of stuff lost. I would have expected to be able to reverse the conveyer belt and "drain" the tower, or at least have it go to the shipyard on demolition.
Reproduction steps
Demolish a stacker tower that was being fed by conveyor belts that still had material on them when the stacker finished.
